Abstract deadline is November 28, 2016
ER stress and autophagy are evolutionary conserved cellular pathways that play important roles in our defense against proteotoxic stress and infections. They are likely to be major pathways in the pathogenesis of multiple inflammatory and immunological diseases, and could be exploited for new therapeutic interventions. The goal of this conference on ‘ER stress, autophagy & immune system’, is to bring together world leaders in this field of research and have them present their latest advances and discoveries. Junior researchers are encouraged to submit an abstract of their research as a number of abstracts will be selected to give a short talk during one of the plenary sessions.
In addition to a great scientific program, there will be many opportunities to interact with the speakers and participants during the breaks, poster sessions and conference dinner.
The meeting is held in the Old St.-John’s Hospital, one of the oldest hospitals in Europe, in the center of picturesque Bruges.
